The Lewisham East ballot paper is gradually filling up – the Conservatives have selected Ross Archer, who was also their candidate for Mayor of Lewisham. In council by-elections, Labour swept all three Lancaster seats up yesterday, two of which were holds and the third was a “win” (the previous councillor was Labour elected as Green). Leiston on the Suffolk Coast counts today.
