Attitudes to St George’s Day

On behalf of British Future, Number Cruncher has conducted two rounds of polling, looking at attitudes to patron saints’ days.

Tables for the October polling can be found here for ethnic minority respondents and here for white respondents. Tables for the January/February polling can be found here for ethnic minority respondents and here for white respondents. Please note that these tables below include figures for Scottish and Welsh respondents on St Andrew’s Day and St David’s Day respectively.

On behalf of British Future, Number Cruncher interviewed 5,589 UK residents (18+) online, comprised of 1,088 white and 1,000 ethnic minority adults interviewed between 9th and 17th October 2020, and 1,501 white and 2,000 ethnic minority adults interviewed between 25th January and 14th February 2021. In each case, white and ethnic minority subsamples were each independently weighted to the profiles of their respective subpopulations, from which nationally representative figures were derived based on the combined samples, weighted to representative proportions.
