And on what type of relationship Britain should have with the EU, hard Brexit and Remain are almost equally popular, with the compromise “Norway” option the first choice of fewer than one-in-ten, and similarly limited support for the hardline options of no-deal Brexit on the one hand, and staying in and joining the Euro on the other. Number Cruncher interviewed 1,036 UK eligible voters online between 9th and 13th August. Data are weighted by age, gender, education, ethnicity and region to match the profile of the eligible voting population.
